The Build Out Process
Stage 1
Wire Out
This stage takes place once the building frame has been constructed and, as the name suggests, involves placing all data, voice, and security cables in the walls.
Stage 1A
Complete Construction
Once the framing is done, this step finalizes cabling for all dental technology systems. Every wire needed for imaging, practice management, audio, and networking is installed with precision to support your long-term IT infrastructure.
Stage 2
Software Configurations
About 45 days before your practice opening, you submit your software and licensing information through our project data form. Our team configures practice management, imaging software, and any specialized tools so everything is ready before opening day.
We ensure accuracy, help you avoid delays, and provide clear communication throughout the process.
Stage 3
Build Out
Five weeks after wiring is completed, the full technology build-out begins. We install computers, displays, network equipment, imaging systems, and all essential dental technology. This phase transforms your operatory from a construction zone into a fully functional, modern dental office.
At the end of this stage, we train your team, hand off passwords, set up Wi-Fi and audio systems, and walk you through everything you need for an on-time opening.
