I usually avoid calling Legend Networking. But today Ryan L. was exceptional in assisting me with several issues at our office. He was not only knowledgeable and helpful but also went above and beyond to resolve a problem that another representative had said was impossible. I’m pleased with their customer service. JR helped remote my laptop to the office. What I thought would take a few buttons actually took a while. Shows that it wasn’t as easy of a process as I thought. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Got everything working smoothly like a well oiled machine.
