The Build Out Process

This initial stage begins once your construction framing is complete. Our team installs all required low-voltage cabling including data, voice, and security lines. Proper cable placement ensures cleaner connections, future scalability, and long term reliability.

Complete Construction

As construction wraps up, we complete internal wiring and confirm that all data, voice, and security cables are correctly routed. This prepares the space for workstation installation, server configuration, and equipment mounting.

Software Configurations

Forty-five days prior to your targeted opening date, you will need to fill out and submit to us a data form with all the pertinent specifications and licenses of your new office software, such as practice management and imaging.

Forty-five days before your planned opening, you’ll submit essential details about your practice management, imaging, and specialty software. This ensures:

  • licensing is prepared

  • your software is installed correctly

  • integrations function smoothly

  • your entire digital workflow is optimized

Stage 3

Build Out

This is where everything comes together. During Build Out week, we:

  • install & configure workstations

  • set up the server

  • integrate imaging devices & operatories

  • connect networking and security systems

  • perform full functional testing

  • provide training on Wi-Fi, sound, workflows, and passwords
