About
Twenty years inside dental practices.
We started in Dallas in 2004 supporting one practice. We have never worked in another industry since.
Our story
Legend Networking started in 2004 with a single Dallas practice whose imaging kept dropping mid-scan. Fixing that properly meant learning how a dental office actually runs — the software, the sensors, the schedule that cannot slip.
Twenty years on we support practices of every size, from single-chair startups to multi-state groups. Our certified engineers work in dental practices only, with field crews across Texas, the Southeast and the Mid-Atlantic, and a helpdesk that runs around the clock.
We still turn down work outside dentistry. It is the only reason we can pick up the phone and already know what you are describing.

How we work
Dental only
We don't support law firms on Tuesdays. Every engineer here knows what a sensor bridge is and which practice management software breaks when a server is rebooted mid-day.
Say what it costs
Quotes list what is included and what isn't. If a job turns out smaller than we scoped, the invoice is smaller too.
Document everything
Every drop is labelled, every rack photographed, every change logged. If you ever leave us, you leave with a network the next vendor can read.
Answer the phone
A person picks up, day or night. Escalation goes to an engineer, not a queue that calls you back tomorrow.
The team
Certified engineers who only work on dental networks.
Everyone here is a certified engineer, and every one of them spends their week inside dental practices. We have not taken work in another industry since 2004, so nobody on the team is learning what a sensor bridge is on your job.
We do not publish staff profiles. What we can point at is who our clients name themselves. These engineers appear by name in reviews practices have written about working with us — which is a better introduction than anything we would write.

What that means on site
- The engineer who answers knows your practice, because they are the one who built or documented it.
- Scheduled work is planned around patient hours, not dropped into the middle of a clinical day.
- Every drop is labelled and every change logged, so the next engineer picks up where the last one left off.
