What it is
Backups fail quietly. The drive fills, the job stops, and nobody notices until the day it matters. We monitor every job and test the restore.
Copies are kept on-site for speed and off-site for the fire, flood or ransomware case. Recovery targets are agreed with you in advance, in hours, not adjectives.
