I had an excellent experience working with Ryan L. He handled my IT issue with such professionalism and patience, taking the time to resolve everything through multiple phone calls. Ryan was incredibly calm and understanding, making sure I never felt embarrassed for not fully grasping the technical details. His friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge were truly impressive, and his customer service was top-notch. Ryan is a real asset to the field!

I usually avoid calling Legend Networking. But today Ryan L. was exceptional in assisting me with several issues at our office. He was not only knowledgeable and helpful but also went above and beyond to resolve a problem that another representative had said was impossible. New Dental Practice owner here and the whole Legend IT team have been amazing!
I've worked with Jack, Carter and Gerald. All have been super helpful. Jack explains everything at the start (he's the QB), Carter is the genius that does all the software installs and Gerald does the physical installs at the office. Both Carter and Gerald have gone above and beyond in helping me. Look forward to continue working together

I’m pleased with their customer service. JR helped remote my laptop to the office. What I thought would take a few buttons actually took a while. Shows that it wasn’t as easy of a process as I thought. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Got everything working smoothly like a well oiled machine. Also giving a shout out to Michael, Carter and Leo. Leo is just the best. Words can’t express how kind he is. I appreciate everyone at legend. So glad I chose you guys.
