Solutions

You're opening a practice.

We plan the technology before the walls go up, so opening day isn't the day you discover the imaging won't talk to the server.

Where we start

Most startup problems are decided months before anyone turns on a computer: a rack in a room with no cooling, one data drop per operatory, internet ordered three weeks too late. We get involved at the floor plan stage.

  • One technology plan covering network, imaging, phones and security
  • Coordination with your contractor, equipment rep and software vendors
  • Budget you can take to the bank, itemised and without surprises
  • Everything tested against real imaging before opening day

The build timeline

Phase 01

Planning

Before construction

We sit with your floor plan, equipment list and software choices and produce the technology plan: drop locations, rack position, power, internet and imaging requirements.

Phase 02

Rough-in

During construction

Cable is pulled while the walls are open, coordinated with your general contractor and equipment rep so nothing gets closed up in the wrong place.

Phase 03

Installation

Fit-out

Rack, switching, wireless, workstations, servers and phones are installed, configured and tested against your imaging and practice management software.

Phase 04

Opening day

Go-live support

An engineer is on site for your first day of patients. Anything that surprises the team gets fixed while it is still in front of us.
