The build
Mecca came to us at the lease stage, which is the right time. We reviewed the floor plan, moved the server location away from a wall that would have made cooling impossible, and set the drop schedule before construction started.
During rough-in we pulled and labelled every run, then came back at fit-out for terminations, racks and equipment. Wire management was done properly because the owner was going to see the rack every day.
Two engineers were onsite for opening day. Nothing dramatic happened, which was the objective.
