The build
Noble opened in a new retail pad north of Austin with no on-site server by design. Everything runs on cloud practice management, which puts the entire burden on the internet path and the firewall.
We specified two circuits from different providers with automatic failover, sized the switching for four operatories plus a pan, and tuned the wireless around a floor plan with more glass than drywall.
The phone system was configured before the first patient, with call overflow to a mobile so nothing rang out during the first fortnight.
