The build
Revive had inherited a network assembled over a decade by three different vendors. Imaging was slow, the lab machines dropped off the network daily, and nobody could say what was plugged into what.
We audited first and produced a map. The rack was rebuilt, the plant recabled in stages after hours, and the lab equipment put on its own segment with the bandwidth it actually needs.
Backups were replaced and tested, and the practice moved onto our helpdesk. Ticket volume dropped by roughly two thirds in the first quarter.
