The build
Sapphire wanted case presentation on a ceiling-mounted display in every operatory, plus a reception video wall. Those screens are only convincing if they come up instantly, so they were planned into the cabling rather than added afterwards.
Cameras and door access went in on the same structured cabling, managed from one interface. Staff badge in at the back door, and the owner can check the building from her phone.
Backups run encrypted to two destinations and get restore-tested quarterly. In Florida, that second offsite copy is the whole point.
