The build
Open bay layouts move staff constantly, so the design leaned on wireless coverage rather than a jack at every chair. We surveyed the space with the shelving and cabinetry in place, not from the plan.
Three access points on a dedicated clinical SSID, with the guest network fully separated. Scanner uploads were tested at every chair position before handover.
Workstations were imaged with the orthodontic software and imaging bridge already working, so the team started on day one instead of spending a week on setup.
