New Build Outs and Practice Refreshes are some of the most exciting yet complex events your healthcare practice will undergo. Software Configurations

Forty-five days prior to your targeted opening date, you will need to fill out and submit to us a data form with all the pertinent specifications and licenses of your new office software, such as practice management and imaging. It is critical this information is received by us as accurately and completely as possible, lest your grand opening risk being postponed. But don’t worry, we provide the necessary forms, and our project coordinators are available to clarify any questions or qualms that may arise.

Stage 3

Build Out

Tentatively scheduled five weeks after the Wire Out is complete, the Build Out is when it all comes together. Weeks of careful and exacting preparation manifest into a flurry of activity focused solely on getting your office not just off the ground, but soaring from day one. Build Outs take about one week, and it is not recommended to schedule any staff training during this time. At the culmination of the Build Out phase, and with the excitement of opening day palpable, we will conduct a final walkthrough with you to hand off passwords, educate you on how your Wi-Fi and sound system work, and show you how to contact our award-winning service technicians.
